Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder (20 grams protein serving)
  • ¼ cup milk (regular or dairy free)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, topping (optional)
  • Dark chocolate shavings, topping (optional)
  • Whipped cream, topping (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder and milk and mix together until fully combined. 
  • Portion the pudding into 4 containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but the longer the better. 
  • Top with whipped cream, cocoa nibs and some chocolate shavings right before enjoying. 

Notes

  • We highly recommend getting a neutral tasting protein powder. We like whey protein powders because the flavor isn’t as strong as the vegan blends.
  • Feel free to add some honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Each 6 ounce container of Chocolate Protein Pudding contains roughly 15 grams of protein if using a 20 gram serving or protein powder.
