Open the can of crescent dough and roll out and separate each triangle on a non-stick surface.
Spread about 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella evenly onto each dough triangle.
Gently roll up each crescent starting at the wide side and ending at the point.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange all of the crescent evenly in the air fryer basket, giving them enough space to grow. (Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook in batches)
Brush melted butter on the tops of the crescents and sprinkle with the Turbinado sugar.
Air fry the crescents at 300°F for 9-11 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
While the crescents are baking, warm the remaining Nutella in the microwave in 30 second bursts until it has become loose and easily spreadable. Place in a piping bag or a zip-top bag and cut a small bit off of one corner.
Once the crescents have baked, remove them from the air fryer and place on a cooling rack. Pipe the Nutella on to the tops of the presents in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with extra Turbinado sugar. Serve and enjoy!
