Servings: 2 salmon filets
- 2 Salmon filets, 6-7 ounces each
- 3 tbsps salted butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for serving)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic cloves, honey, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until the butter is well combined with the other ingredients.
With a paper towel, remove any moisture from the salmon filets. When they are dry, coat the filets with the garlic butter evenly.
Place the filets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes at 400°F until the tops are golden and the filets are fully cooked. Serve with lemon wedges on the side and sprinkle additional parsley on top.
- If using previously frozen salmon filets, be sure to thaw them in the refrigerator or in cold water prior to beginning the recipe.
- Make sure to preheat your air fryer for this recipe. We want a nice cooked exterior on the salmon, and the best way to do that is with a hot basket.
- These Garlic Butter Salmon pair well with grilled vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, asparagus, roasted potatoes, or a fresh cucumber salad.
