Lightly brush both sides of each piece of naan with olive oil. Place on a grill pan or in a toaster oven until warmed and toasted.
Place an even amount of leafy greens over each piece of naan.
Divide the burrata into 4 even pieces and layer it over the top of each piece of naan.
Arrange 2 slices of prosciutto around the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle some balsamic glaze over the top of each flatbread. Enjoy
Notes
You can experiment using the flatbread base with all different kinds of meats and cheeses. Soppressata, Mortadella, and other Italian meats would be delicious in this recipe.
You can add a layer of sauce like pesto to the flatbread for extra flavor.
You can also add additional vegetables to the flatbreads like roasted red peppers or sliced ripe tomatoes.
