Ingredients

cup
cottage cheese
½
cup
milk of choice, dairy or dairy alternative

cup
frozen peaches
½
cup
frozen mangoes
½
cup
frozen pineapples
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, milk, peaches, mangoes and pineapple into a blender
Blend the smoothie until it is fully smooth and no cottage cheese chunks are visible.
Taste test the smoothie for flavor and adjust for consistency, if you would like. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
If you want some more sweetness, add in some honey or maple syrup to the blender.
You can use fresh fruit if you prefer, but you may want to add some ice cubes so that it is nice and cold.
Cover and refrigerate and leftovers. We recommend re-blending before consuming to bring the texture back to life.
