Cottage Cheese Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup milk of choice, dairy or dairy alternative 
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen mangoes
  • ½ cup frozen pineapples 

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese, milk, peaches, mangoes and pineapple into a blender
  • Blend the smoothie until it is fully smooth and no cottage cheese chunks are visible.
  • Taste test the smoothie for flavor and adjust for consistency, if you would like. Pour into glasses and enjoy. 

Notes

  • If you want some more sweetness, add in some honey or maple syrup to the blender.
  • You can use fresh fruit if you prefer, but you may want to add some ice cubes so that it is nice and cold.
  • Cover and refrigerate and leftovers. We recommend re-blending before consuming to bring the texture back to life.
