This Cottage Cheese Fruit Smoothie blends the classic taste and thickness of a smoothie with an extra boost of protein. It can be customized any way you like by switching out which frozen fruit you use. We recommend peaches, mangoes, and pineapples for a pleasant sweetness with a hint of tropical flavor.

You can use fresh fruit if you prefer, but you may want to add some ice cubes so that it is nice and cold.
