Taste the dressing and season with salt and black pepper to your liking. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little water or more lemon juice.

It will be good for up to one week if airtight and refrigerated.You can substitute the mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter version with more protein. It will have a different taste, more tangy but just as delicious.
