This Homemade Caesar Dressing is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe omits the anchovies that the classic recipe uses, but it's not short of flavor. You will taste the freshness with the first bite and never go back to store bought.

    • Taste the dressing as you stir in ingredients. You may want more lemon juice or garlic as you taste it and depending on your preferences.
    • We like to store the dressing in canning jars if we don’t use all the dressing at once. It will be good for up to one week if airtight and refrigerated.
    • You can substitute the mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter version with more protein. It will have a different taste, more tangy but just as delicious.
