Scoop the avocado into a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, fresh parsley, lemon juice and Ranch seasoning. Blend until smooth. Some larger pieces of parsley are okay.
Scoop the dip into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Allow the dip to set and flavors to develop.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
Notes
Tastes like a ranch dip but fresher with the addition of fresh parsley and avocado.
Adjust the seasoning as necessary.
Seal any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days.
