This Homemade Caesar Dressing is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe omits the anchovies that the classic recipe uses, but it's not short of flavor. You will taste the freshness with the first bite and never go back to store bought.
One of the best parts about making this dressing is that you can make it out of staples you probably already have around the kitchen.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Taste the dressing and season with salt and black pepper to your liking. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little water or more lemon juice.
Pair this dressing with the Chicken Bacon Caesar Salad or the salad or sandwich of your choice.
