    Chicken Bacon Caesar Salad

    This Chicken Bacon Caesar Salad is perfect for lunch or dinner. Grilled chicken breast and crispy bacon are paired with crunchy romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese, then tossed together in a creamy homemade Caesar dressing. The crispy bacon adds a salty and crispy crunch to this classic salad.

    If you prefer, you can use grilled shrimp, salmon, or even tofu as a protein alternative to rotisserie chicken in this salad. You can also use grilled chicken or even crispy chicken.

    In a large bowl or serving platter, begin to assemble the salad by adding the romaine lettuce and distribute evenly. Next add the chicken in two neat rows. Follow up with two rows of chopped bacon.

    Add the Parmesan cheese in two rows on either side of the chicken. Place the croutons in a row either in the center or wherever space remains.

    Drizzle with your Homemade Caesar Dressing and serve.
