These Air Fryer Chicken and Cheese Taquitos are a delicious and healthy twist on traditional taquitos. The chicken filling is mixed with green chilis and rolled up in soft corn tortillas. The taquitos are then cooked to perfection in an air fryer, resulting in a crunchy exterior with juicy and flavorful chicken inside.
