    Coffee Overnight Oats

    These Coffee Overnight Oats combine two delicious breakfast favorites into one quick and easy meal. Enjoy your hearty and filling oats with the added benefits of iced coffee or cold brew. Top the oats with optional vanilla Greek yogurt and chopped chocolate for a sweet and delicious start to your day.

    You can taste test the oats and coffee mixture and adjust the sweetness level. This version is not overly sweet and you get most of the sweetness from the Greek yogurt and chocolate.

    Add the rolled oats, iced coffee, milk and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and combine well. If you prefer the oats on the sweeter side, add in the simple syrup. Then evenly distribute the oats into 3 containers, giving them a little room to expand. Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator for approximately 10-12 hours.

    Chop some chocolate to use as an optional topping for some added sweetness.

    Feel free to use your favorite type of milk for this recipe: dairy, coconut, almond or oat milk all work well.

    What are the storage instructions?

    Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days but do not add toppings until you are about to consume. They will get soggy otherwise.

    • 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
    • ¾ cup iced coffee or cold brew 
    • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

    • 3 tbsps chocolate, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon simple syrup, optional for sweetness
