These Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowls are a perfect, protein-packed way to start the day without sacrificing flavor. Cottage cheese is having a moment, and for good reason. Among many other reasons, cottage cheese is a complete protein because it contains all nine essential amino acids in one delicious ingredient. It is also rich in calcium and potassium. Of course cottage cheese can be eaten alone, but we like to jazz things up a little bit by adding honey and vanilla extract, whipping it, and finally topping it with some of our favorite fruits and berries.
