- Place the basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Give the tenders a light spray on the flipped side. Cook until the chicken tenders are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
