    Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

    This Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread is a quick, easy treat that is sure to please a crowd. Since it’s self-serve, it’s great at potlucks or for game night. The chewy soft bread mixes with the gooey cheeses to create an irresistible, snackable combination. Dip it into marinara or any of your favorite dips for extra flavor.

    Requiring only six ingredients, this recipe is something you can prepare and enjoy any night of the week.

    A mis-en-place of ingredients for Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

    Remove the biscuits from the packaging. Slice each biscuit into 4 even quarters and place into a large mixing bowl. Then add the melted butter, Italian seasoning and minced garlic to the bowl. Gently toss until all the biscuit pieces are coated in butter and seasoning.

    To create a wreath-like shape, spray the exterior of a 4-5 inch oven-safe ramekin with cooking spray. Place it in the center of the cake pan. Place a layer of biscuit pieces in the cake pan. Add⅓ of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Repeat the process 2 more times until the biscuits and cheese are in the pan.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the ramekin and loosely cover the top with foil if it is browning too quickly. Place back in the oven for 10-12 more minutes, until the inside biscuits are cooked.

    Remove from the cake pan and place a small bowl of marinara sauce in the center.

    Ingredients

    • 2 16 ounce buttermilk biscuit rolls (8 count each)
    • 2 tbsps unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • Marinara sauce, for dipping 

    Instructions
