    Pimento Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    This Pimento Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe puts a delightful twist on the classic comfort food. Creamy pimento cheese spread is generously layered between slices of sharp cheddar and artisan bread, then grilled to golden perfection. The result is a crispy exterior giving way to a gooey, melty center with the perfect balance of tanginess and spice.

    All you need for this recipe is sharp cheddar cheese slices, Pimento cheese spread, Italian bread, and butter.

    Butter the outer sides of the bread slices facing up in the skillet, then flip the bread and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each of the bread slices. Spread a generous amount of the pimento cheese mixture, about 4 ounces, onto one slice of bread.

    Close the sandwich and place it, buttered sides down, onto the skillet or griddle, and cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.

    Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove the sandwiches from the skillet. Allow the sandwiches to cool for a minute or two before slicing them in half. Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness of this Pimento Grilled Cheese!
