These Chopped BLT Sandwiches are a fun and flavorful twist on the classic BLT sandwich, perfect for a quick and delicious meal. We love the Brioche buns for this recipe but feel free to use your favorite type of bread, like sourdough, multi-grain or regular hotdog buns. And you can customize the dressing by adding some extra spices, like cayenne or hot sauce to add some heat.
