This PB&J Smoothie offers you the classic after school comfort food as a healthy and refreshing beverage. The creaminess of the peanut butter mixes with the fresh, tart flavor of the frozen berries, grapes, and orange juice to recreate that unforgettable flavor. Enjoy it as a snack, a dessert, or even as an on-to-go meal in a travel cup.

This smoothie is very customizable. Feel free to add in the protein powder of your choice to get more protein in. You can also consider adding a banana (fresh or frozen) or some fresh spinach to add more nutrition to the smoothie.
