    Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

    These Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are a simple yet indulgent treat that's perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in a healthier way. The natural sweetness of the dates pairs perfectly with the creamy richness of the peanut butter filling, creating a delicious contrast of flavors and textures in every bite. The chocolate is the perfect addition to the creamy peanut butter and sweet dates. Plus, with endless topping options and the ability to customize the filling to your liking, you can create a variety of flavor combinations to suit your cravings.

    Medjool dates work best for this recipe due to their larger size and soft, chewy texture. However, you can use any variety of dates you prefer. Feel free to use crunchy peanut butter for added texture, or substitute with almond butter or another nut butter of your choice.

    Using a paring knife, carefully make a small slit lengthwise down one side of each date. Gently open the dates and remove the pits.

    Spoon about ½ teaspoon of creamy peanut butter into each date, filling the pocket created by the slit. Use the back of the spoon to smooth out the peanut butter and ensure even filling. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20 second intervals and stir until melted and smooth.

    Drizzle each date with melted chocolate and immediately add on the toppings of your choice. You can choose one topping or use multiple toppings.
